Here’s some basic things to know before you go. Information about HarvestFest 2024 at the Farm:
Event date: Saturday, November 2. Gates open 2pm. Event time: 2pm – 6pm.
Tickets. Ticket sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on tickets. Tickets are transferrable to another guest. Ticket includes admission into event, live music, participation in grading and an experience on the farm. Food and beverage available for additional purchase.
No Narcotics or Illicit Drugs. HarvestFest at the Farm supports lawful cannabis use only as governed by New York State. THC sales, samples or sales of any illegal substances of any kind are prohibited. Sales of any type of cannabis products are not permitted.
Public consumption of cannabis is permitted as allowed by state law.
Beer, Wine, Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic Beverages & Food will be available for purchase on site. No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the venue.
Pets. Leashed friendly dogs are more than welcome.
Age Restrictions. HarvestFest at the farm is an age 21 and over event, no exceptions. Children, infants and anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted inside the venue during the event.
Items permitted. The following items are permitted inside.
- Collapsible lawn chairs and blankets
- EMPTY water containers and/or camel backs (free tap water is available at the Silo Bar)
- Clear bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″, small clutches no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″
- Ponchos and collapsible umbrellas
Weather. HarvestFest at the Farm is an outdoor event and it will take place rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges. Please dress and come prepared for whatever mother nature has in store for us on that day.
Other. Please partake responsibly. Lincoln Hill Farms (LHF) and its employees reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct deems disorderly, who appears to be under the influence, or who fails to comply with security or LHF venue rules. In the case a guest is ejected or refused admission, ticket will not be refunded.
Parking. To encourage ride sharing and carpooling, there will be a parking fee of $10/vehicle. Parking for carpools with 4+ people will be free and verified upon arrival. Please partake responsibly and consider carpooling, using a ride share service, or getting dropped off to also help us alleviate parking and traffic congestion. Thank you.
Waiver. You agree to participate in HarvestFest at the Farm at your own sole risk and will not hold Lincoln Hill Farms, or any of its affiliates or partners liable for any accidents, mishaps, or alcohol or cannabis consumption related illnesses or any other damages the cause of which are potentially known or unknown.
Re-Entry. No re-entry into venue is permitted. We encourage you to bring sweaters, rain jackets, blankets and such into the venue with you upon entry.
