A Halloween Experience for the Entire Family

HalloweenFest is a family-friendly Halloween experience. Every Friday & Saturday night will feature our Halloween themed walking trail, Zombie Hunt Wagon Ride (an add on experience) and be on the lookout for our bewitched farm characters lurking about the grounds. Plus, enjoy Friday Family Nights with a discount on admission prices and a DJ spinning up spooktacular tunes. Saturday nights, we’ll be showcasing some frightfully good music with live, local bands. There will be a little something for everyone at HalloweenFest at the farm.

WALKING TRAIL

Take a stroll on wickedly-fun walking trail featuring illuminated displays and exhibits of your Halloween favorites with loads of photo opps along the way—sure to be a treat for adults and children. The walking trail and characters at night may be a little spooky for younger guests but they are not scary. Guests may enter the trail multiple times and enjoy your time. This experience is included in your general admission ticket.

ZOMBIE HUNT WAGON RIDE

New this year. Add onto your HalloweenFest experience and help us save the farm from zombies. Campers and even farm animals have been infected by a strange virus that has created undead creatures that have overrun the farm. You will ride our emergency response wagon through the woods to stop the threat. Riders will be armed with a blaster to dispense special Zombie elixir to neutralize the undead and save the farm.

The Zombie Hunt Wagon Ride is an add on experience and not included in general admission HalloweenFest tickets. Zombie Hunt tickets will be available for purchase inside the venue. Cash only (credit card transactions slow the line). WE SELL A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TICKETS PER NIGHT ON A FIRST COME, FIRSE SERVE BASIS. ONCE TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT FOR THE EVENING THE TICKET BOOTH WILL CLOSE. General admission HalloweenFest tickets are required for entrance. Participants must be 12 years old and up or accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21 (two children per one adult). Long wait times may occur. We do not take reservations and cannot guarantee a specific time. Zombie Hunt rides begin around dark. Please read our FAQs for Zombie Hunt details.

What is HalloweenFest?

HalloweenFest is a family-friendly Halloween experience featuring a Halloween-themed walking trail, DJ and live music, live characters, a  Zombie Hunt Wagon Ride (an add on experience) and an night on the farm! Families will love the Halloween-themed photo opps throughout the entire farm.

As night falls, the twilight sky of the Hops Field will illuminate an outdoor walking trail (included in admission ticket) with Halloween displays and life sized exhibits of some of your Halloween favorite scenes, including an eerie graveyard, and scheming witches. Be on the lookout for our farm-themed Halloween characters roaming the grounds during your visit.

New this year, add on to your experience with a Zombie Hunt Wagon Ride (not included in admission ticket). An interactive experience where you take a wagon ride through our woods and shoot our flesh-eating undead friends with zombie serum.

Our Silo Bar and food area will be serving up some ghoulishly good food and witchy brews (adult and kid friendly beverages available). Plus, you can meet our goats and enjoy some entertainment on our Hops Yard Stage.

Friday nights, our DJ will be spinning up some ghastly good tunes. Every Saturday night, we’ll feature live, local music (included in your ticket). Wrap your night up with an order of hot cider, hot cocoa, or donuts before heading home to dream about your evening.

The Halloween experiences are best viewed at dusk and night. We encourage guests to walk our Halloween Trail as many times as they would like and there is no limit to your stay at Lincoln Hill Farms until close. We hope you will spend an evening with us to make the most of your experience on the farm.

What are the details of the Zombie Hunt?

The Zombie Hunt is a timed experience where participants climb aboard on our emergency response wagon armed with a gel blaster gun and glow-in-the-dark gelly balls (zombie elixir) and rides through the woods to neutralize the undead and save the farm. The Zombie Hunt Wagon Ride is an add on experience (not included in your admission ticket). You remain on the wagon the entire time.

  • Zombies do not return fire and cannot touch you.
  • Scare scale: mild to intense depending on your fright factor. Can be a little scary especially for younger guests.
  • Parental discretion is advised.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an parent or guardian. Two children per adult max.
  • If you chicken out, no refunds.
  • You are armed with 10 oz of zombie elixer (approximately 1,000 gelly balls). If your zombie elixir (gelly balls) runs out during the ride, your experience is over.
  • While costumes are permitted, masks are not. We are not responsible if your costume gets ripped, dirty or damaged.
  • Participants do not exit the wagon until ride is over.
  • Please keep your phones tucked safely away. No photos or videos permitted. We are not responsible for lost, dropped or damaged phones.
  • Guests may only shoot at our Zombies characters or Zombie Hunt displays. Under no circumstances are guests allowed to shoot at other riders or staff.
  • This is an outdoor experience, dress for the weather.
  • Safety first. We reserve the right at any time to remove riders who do not comply with wagon or Zombie Hunt rules.
  • Get there early to get your ticket. We do not take reservations and cannot guarantee times. All rides are first come, first serve. We sell a limited amount of tickets per night. Once tickets run out, the ticket booth will close. LINES AND WAIT TIMES WILL OCCUR. Zombie Hunt wagon rides begin at dark. 
  • If you or your child do not like zombies or having some Halloween-themed, interactive fun neutralizing the undead, this experience is not right for you.
What's included in my general admission ticket?

Your admission ticket includes the HalloweenFest walking trail, DJ on Friday nights, live music on Saturday nights, an experience on the farm with live costume characters* and goats, along with plenty of fall and Halloween photos opps. There is no allotted time for the walking trail and you may stay as long as you like to walk the trail multiple times and take photos. You can enjoy an evening with us and get the most of your experience on the farm until close. Food and beverage available for purchase. Your admission ticket does NOT include the Zombie Hunt Wagon Ride experience. Zombie Hunt tickets sold separately at venue. You must have a general admission ticket for entry.

The Halloween experiences are best viewed at dusk and night.

Is the walking trail scary? Does it have characters?

This is a family-friendly walking trail, which is best viewed at dusk or night, with displays and exhibits of your favorite Halloween themes. Our farm-inspired live costume characters are not scary or gory. This is an experience appropriate for all ages. The trail and characters at night may seem a little spooky to our younger guests. Characters may not be available in inclement weather and on some dates.

Please be considerate of our costume characters. While photos are encouraged with our farm friends, under no circumstances are guests allowed to touch, hit, slap, pull at or otherwise be unruly our characters. 

When are you open?

We are open Friday and Saturday nights in October. Please select the date of your visit and ticket type at checkout. Admission tickets are valid the night of your selected date anytime starting at 6pm until close. Zombie Hunt tickets sold separately. HalloweenFest activities are best viewed at dusk/night.

What music is scheduled?

Please check out our music schedule on this page for scheduled entertainment on Friday nights and live music on Saturday nights throughout HalloweenFest. Please check back often as we continue to add shows.

Are there strobe lights?

On the walking trail, the Halloween displays and decorations are illuminated with accent lighting. The Zombie Hunt does use strobe lights, sound effects and black lights.

How long is the trail?

Our self-guided, Halloween-themed, illuminated walking trail is approximately a quarter-mile long with a variety of fall-themed photo ops along the way. We encourage guests to walk the trail as many times as they like, while enjoying concessions, music and activities…all under the beautiful night sky.

Make a night out of it and enjoy a unique Halloween experience at the farm, listen to live music on select dates, and capture and share some Instagrammable fall or Halloween photos. Please be sure to tag us, too.

We’ll be serving up some ghoulishly good food from our food area and seasonal warm and cold beverages from our Silo Bar. Food and beverages available for purchase.

Can I take pictures?

Yes! The farm is a great spot for photos and our HalloweenFest will feature lots of photo-worthy displays. Please feel free to post and share on social media. Don’t forget to tag us.

Are dogs allowed at HalloweenFest?

Lincoln Hill Farms is dog friendly. Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome in most areas except on the Zombie Hunt experience. Kindly clean up after your four-legged friend.

What if it rains?

The event is rain or shine. There is lots of fun to be had, even in your rain boots and slickers. Some experiences may be limited in the rain (live characters and/or Zombie Hunt). Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another person.

What's the refund policy?

All tickets are non-refundable and must be used on the date selected at purchase. They are, however, transferable to another person should you run into a conflict.

Do I have to pay for parking?

No, parking is free for HalloweenFest.

Do you sell pumpkins?

We do not sell pumpkins. Our pumpkins are for display only.

Can I bring in food or drinks?

We kindly request that you leave your coolers, outside food and drinks at home. We have an onsite food concession area with a MENU that has plenty of options along with our Silo Bar serving up a variety of adult and non-alcoholic drinks hot and cold for purchase. Please read our venue FAQs for more information.

Are lawn chairs allowed?

Yes, foldable or camping style lawn chairs are permitted in a designated area inside the venue. Please do not set up your lawn chairs in front of the stage. You will be asked to relocate. We keep this area open so that all guests can have an enjoyable viewing experience of the bands and stage.
