Terrapin Flyer
Terrapin Flyer formed in the early 2000’s and has since become a fixture of the national music scene, playing regularly at venues around the country and appearing at music festivals. The band has a dedicated following among fans of the Grateful Dead and other jam bands, and is known for their covers of classic Dead songs. Over the years, Terrapin Flyer has performed with many notable musicians, including Melvin Seals from the Jerry Garcia Band, Vince Welnick, Tom Constanten from the Grateful Dead and many other Dead-related musicians. Terrapin Flyer’s music has been described as an extension of the Grateful Dead’s improvisational, genre-blurring style. Overall, Terrapin Flyer is a talented and highly regarded band that has made a significant impact on the national music scene. Terrapin Flyer’s shows are always lively and dynamic, and their music is guaranteed to get audiences dancing and singing along. If you’re a fan of live Grateful Dead music, Terrapin Flyer is definitely a band worth checking out.
Friends of the Brothers
The Friends of the Brothers is a celebration of the music of the Allman Brothers Band, with members closely associated with the original band and continuing the brotherhood with passion, committed to the ideals of every night being special and unique. “Though they honor the music, Friends of the Brothers never feel like a ‘tribute band.’ They play the songs as if they’d written them. “-David Browne, Rolling Stone
The THE BAND Band
From Woodstock to The Last Waltz, The Band has been a central figure in some of rock and roll’s most iconic moments. Now, over half a century after the release of their debut album Music From Big Pink, the music they created has proven to be timeless. Their pioneering blend of country, blues, rock, and folk music served as a template for what we now call Americana. Though they are long gone from the stage, their sound and spirit live on in a group of musicians based in Rockland County, NY – not far from Woodstock, The Band’s musical and spiritual home.
The THE BAND Band brings the music of The Band alive with authentic, spot-on renditions of their legendary catalog. From hit songs like “The Weight,” “Up On Cripple Creek,” and “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down,” to deep cuts from The Band’s classic albums, they perform this extraordinary repertoire with the passion and commitment for which The Band was renowned. Begun in 2007 as a labor of love for the music of The Band by co-founders Jack Kraft and Gary Solomon, The THE BAND Band has been on the road for 16 years, from local clubs and joints to theaters and festivals across the country. If you like the music of The Band, you’ll love The THE BAND Band!
