GENERAL QUESTIONS
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 3792 NY-247 in Canandaigua. From Hwy 20, take a right onto NY-247 and we are about a mile down the road on the righthand side. We are right around the corner from CMAC and are only 12 minutes from downtown Canandaigua. If you are coming from downtown Rochester, we are a 45-minute drive along I-90 West.
GENERAL VENUE RULES
• Outside food or beverages are not permitted.
• Please make sure to bring in the belonging you may need as no re-entry into venue is allowed.
• ID required for entry for ticketed events.
• All guests are subject to search prior to entering.
• No shoes = no entry into venue. Shoes must be worn on the property.
• Please refrain from tailgating in our parking lot.
• Coolers, fireworks, glass of any kind, grills /cooking equipment, weapons of any kind, remote controlled flying devices or UAV’s, and large bags / backpacks are not permitted.
• Smile you are on camera. We reserve the right to take photos and videos and may use your likeness in images, videos and advertisements to promote LHF online, media and/or in print.
• Most concerts and events are general admission standing room only (no lawn chairs) to provide an ample viewing area for all guests to enjoy and experience the show. Low-back foldable chairs will be permitted for those who are not able to stand for long periods of time only within a designated area inside the venue.
• Please leave your cameras behind. No cameras allowed inside the venue for ticketed shows.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE VENUE?
Clear bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″, small clutches no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″, and diaper bags (with a child) are allowed allowed but subject to search prior to entry. Blankets, small umbrellas and empty water bottles are also permitted inside venue.
For most ticketed events and concerts, lawn chairs will not be permitted in order to provide an ample viewing area for all guests to enjoy the show. Guests who cannot stand for long period times may be allowed to bring in a low-back foldable lawn chair. We do have picnic tables available inside the venue, and limited chairs and tables are available under our covered pavilion. Tables and chairs are first come, first serve.
Please leave your food and drinks at home. No coolers allowed. Our Silo Bar is stocked with draft beer, wine, well spirits and non-alcoholic drink options, including water and soda. For food offerings, our Food Lane is open during concerts and public events.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR PARKING?
To encourage carpooling/ride sharing and in and effort to help us reduce traffic, we charge $10 per car (cash only) for parking for most events. Parking for carpools with 4+ people is FREE (excluding July 4) and will be verified on arrival.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
We are a dog-friendly venue. Please be mindful of others and keep your four-legged friend on a leash and clean up after them. At any point, Lincoln Hill Farms staff and security have the right to ask you to leave if there is a situation involving an animal.
ARE YOU OPEN ALL YEAR?
Lincoln Hill Farms is an outdoor, seasonal venue situated on 95+ picturesque acres in the countryside of Canandaigua. Our season typically runs from Memorial Day weekend through the first weekend of November.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED INTO ALL EVENTS?
We are a family-friendly venue. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. In some cases, shows or events may have a minimum age requirement (18 and over or 21 and over). Please check the individual show listing on our Calendar page for those details.

IS THE VENUE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, LHF is handicap accessible. ADA/Handicap parking is available on-site, please notify a parking attendant upon your arrival. The appropriate amount of accessible vehicle parking spots have been designated in our lot, on a first come first serve basis.
CAN I BRING A RV OR CAMPER?
At this time, we are not permitted to allow RVs or campers in our parking lot or to camp/park overnight.
DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND?
If you have lost an item, please message us on social media or by email at info@lincolnhillfarms.com to see if your item has been recovered.
SHOWS & EVENTS
DO YOU HAVE A BOX OFFICE?
Tickets to Lincoln Hill Farms events may be purchased online only. We do not have an in-person Box Office at this time.
Limited tickets for most shows & events will be available at the door for purchase the same day as a show/event. Check event/show listings on our Calendar page for details.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Lincoln Hill Farms is a rain or shine event space. All shows will go on rain or shine. No refunds will be given in the event of rain. There is limited space under our covered pavilion for inclement weather. Small umbrellas and ponchos are permitted in the venue. Inclement weather may cause show delays. In the event of lightening or severe weather, guests may be asked to shelter in place.
HOW LONG DOES MUSIC LAST OR DO BANDS PERFORM?
While our venue hours are listed on the individual show listing on our calendar page, performance length and set lists are determined by the band/musicians. Typically, a nationally touring band will perform about a 90-minute set give or take. In some cases, performance times may be shorter or longer.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A TICKET TO A SHOW FOR MY CHILD?
For ticketed events and shows, children 3 and under are free. All other patrons are required to purchase a ticket to attend a show or ticketed event unless specified. Please check the show listing on our website calendar for details.
CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR DAY OF SHOW?
For most ticketed events, we will have limited day of show tickets available at the door. Please see event calendar listing for show details + tickets.
WHAT ARE THE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS? CAN I BRING A CHAIR?
Most concerts are general admission standing room only—no lawn chairs permitted in order to provide an ample viewing area for all guests to enjoy and experience the show. For individuals who are not able to stand for long periods of time, foldable/low-back (camping style) chairs will be permitted in a designated area inside the venue.
Limited picnic tables, chairs and tables are available inside the venue. First come, first serve. Come early, grab your spot.
Free public events (Community Days, July 4th, Father’s Day): lawn chairs will be allowed inside the venue.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE VENUE VIP TICKET?
DO YOU HAVE INDOOR SEATING?
We do not offer indoor seating. However, there is limited seating available under our timber-framed, covered pavilion.
WHAT IS YOUR TICKET REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. Before purchasing your ticket, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.
In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
WHAT ARE YOUR FOOD OPTIONS?
Food Lane offers a full menu during concerts and public events.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AT THE FOOD TRUCK / BAR?
Yes, we accept all major credit, debit cards and cash.
DO YOU SERVE NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?
Yes, Coke products, draft root beer and juice is available from our silo bar and at our Farm Stand.
WHAT IS SERVED AT THE SILO BAR?
Our silo bar features various craft brews and ciders, including IPAs, sours, ales, lagers, pilsners and more (beers vary and subject to change). We also serve well spirits, seltzers and local wine. Non-alcoholic options include draft root beer, Coke products, lemonade and cranberry juice.
ACCOMODATIONS
HOW DO I BOOK GLAMPING ON THE FARM?
Glamping is reserved by the compound only based on availability. It’s a great space for family reunions, parties, and a night out with a group. The compound includes 11 sites that accommodates up to 22 people. Breakfast is included. Learn more about glamping here.
WHERE CAN I STAY CLOSE TO LHF?
There are many lodging options surrounding LHF, and the center of Canandaigua is only a 12-minute drive from the farm. Options include staying at the Holiday Inn, Miami Motel, Airbnb and VRBO.
IS THERE ON-SITE CAMPING?
At this time, we do not offer camping or space for RVs. Check back for updates in 2024.
CAN I RENT AN INDIVIDUAL GLAMPING SITE?
At this time, we rent glamping by the compound only—all 11 sites. Click here for more information about glamping at the farm.
ARE RVS & CAMPERS ALLOWED?
At this time, we are not permitted for overnight camping or to allow RVs and campers to park in our lot.
